Chapati boards, or chakla, have been a key part of Indian kitchens for centuries, helping to roll out perfect chapatis, rotis, and parathas. Passed down through generations, they symbolize the heart of home-cooked Indian meals and culinary tradition. Use as a kitchen riser, or add some parchment paper and use as part of a charcuterie arrangement.
